Pop About Campers is an Auckland based camper van hire company, specialising in pop top camper vans. Being an independently owned company who hasn’t been in the market for long, they wanted a quick, low cost, but effective way to reach their audience, so I helped out by creating their brand and responsive website. The branding has a fun and down to earth feel, potential customers are able to identify the company as ‘pop top’ camper van hire right away. The website is responsive across all devices, and holds all important information for people looking to hire their vans. Additionally, I was also asked to design print materials, such as van specifications and drop off/pick up forms.
Today there is a need for the company to expand their brick and mortar business to E-commerce. Currently I am working as the designer alongside a web developer, creating a website that would function as an online store. The design will focus on user experience, SEO, increasing their page rankings to produce more sales.
Additionally, the branding now has to be more apparent to their customers, it would have to stand out from other online bike stores. An integral element I have designed is the use of fun and eye catching illustrative icons.
